1. One-bedroom apartments: maximum 2 guests
2. Two-bedroom apartments: maximum 4 guests
3. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors require prior host approval, and an additional fee applies for unauthorized extra persons.
1. Quiet hours: 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM
2. No loud music or disturbances.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony or rooftop.
4. No parties or events without prior approval.
5. Pets are not permitted unless expressly agreed in advance.
1. Guests are financially responsible for any damage, breakage, or excessive wear.
2. Stained linens, damaged furniture, or missing items will be assessed and charged accordingly.
3. Please avoid excessive mess; extra cleaning fees may apply.
1. Full payment is required before or at check-in.
2. Cancellations made after 4:00 PM are non-refundable for that day.
